Chi energy also known as Ki , Qui, Qi, Ch'i, or Q'ui is a concept thought up by the Taoist long as far back as 2690 B.C, before Acupuncture, Buddhism and martial arts. They found out through Chi meditation and exercises the links between chi and internal organs. Chi exercises is about the bringing together Earth Chi, Human Chi , and Heavenly Chi with the seasons Spring, Summer, Autumn ,and Winter. The purpose of channeling and generating chi is for achieving long life and good health. Chi exercises are part of two main groups Chi Kung and Tai Chi. Tai Chi means the of Energy which unites Yin and Yang into a dance and flows into the Sea of Energy . Chi kung is the study of the rejuvenation and healing. Tai Chi opens up the gates and meridian channels of energy in the body. There are 15 principles that help in to learn Tai Chi and Chi Kung correctly. The breathing when doing Ki exercises is done through the mouth instead of your nose. To breath in you it must be done by sucking in the air and breathing out ward must be similar.
